AI / OCR Cloud Proxy Performance Issues for AI-based OCR and data extraction

We are currently investigating performance limitations in AI-based OCR and data extraction. We are currently observing increased processing times in some instances.

Our colleagues from the Operations Team are currently working on analysing and stabilising the systems.

We will provide an update here as soon as the analysis is complete.

Public 02 Squeeze UI Slow UI

Some customers have problems with a slow user interface.

We have identified a couple of potential causes for these issues.

We will fix said issues step-by-step and update this incident with the findings.

  • We have received feedback that the performance issues experienced by the affected customers were resolved.

  • We will again upgrade the hardware specifications of our database infrastructure.

    Starting tomorrow the system should behave faster than the last couple of days.

  • We have updated our database's configuration and will monitor if those changes have improved the overall performance.
