Unser Rechenzentrumsbetreiber meldet derzeit partielle Ausfälle im S3-Storage-System. Dadurch kann es bei einigen Diensten zu Einschränkungen, erhöhten Antwortzeiten oder vereinzelt zu Fehlern beim Zugriff auf gespeicherte Daten kommen.

Wir stehen bereits in engem Kontakt mit dem Rechenzentrum und beobachten die Situation kontinuierlich. Sobald uns weitere Informationen vorliegen oder sich der Status ändert, werden wir hier ein Update veröffentlichen.

⚠️ Ongoing Incident

Our data center provider is currently experiencing partial outages affecting its S3 storage infrastructure. As a result, some services may be impacted, including increased response times, limited availability, or intermittent errors when accessing stored data.

We are in close contact with the data center provider and are actively monitoring the situation. We will provide updates here as soon as more information becomes available or the status changes.

    Nach Angaben unseres Rechenzentrumsbetreibers arbeitet das Object-Storage-System aktuell wieder ohne erkennbare Beeinträchtigungen.

    Die betroffenen Systeme sind wieder verfügbar und die zuvor beobachteten Fehler treten derzeit nicht mehr auf. Das Rechenzentrum überwacht die Infrastruktur jedoch weiterhin, um sicherzustellen, dass die Stabilität dauerhaft gewährleistet ist.

    Wir stehen weiterhin in engem Kontakt mit dem Betreiber und beobachten die Situation. Sollte es neue Erkenntnisse oder weitere Änderungen geben, werden wir hier entsprechend informieren.

    🟡 Status Update

    According to our data center provider, the Object Storage system is currently operating normally again without any known impact.

    The affected systems are available again and the previously observed errors are no longer occurring at this time. However, the provider remains in a monitoring phase to ensure the long-term stability of the infrastructure.

    We remain in close contact with the provider and continue to monitor the situation. We will provide further updates if new information becomes available or the status changes.

    ✅ Störung behoben

    Die zuvor gemeldete Störung beim S3-Storage-System unseres Rechenzentrumsbetreibers wurde behoben (https://status.gridscale.io/incidents/239872).

    Ursache waren mehrere Festplattenausfälle innerhalb der Object-Storage-Infrastruktur, die zeitweise zu eingeschränkter Verfügbarkeit, erhöhten Antwortzeiten und vereinzelten Fehlern beim Zugriff auf gespeicherte Daten geführt haben.

    Nach Angaben des Rechenzentrums sind die betroffenen Systeme inzwischen wieder vollständig verfügbar und arbeiten stabil. Der Betreiber hat zudem angekündigt, in den kommenden Tagen weitere Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Stabilität der Storage-Infrastruktur umzusetzen.

    ✅ Incident Resolved

    The previously reported issue affecting our data center provider's S3 storage infrastructure has been resolved (https://status.gridscale.io/incidents/239872).

    According to the provider, the incident was caused by multiple disk failures within the object storage platform. During this period, some services experienced increased response times, limited availability, or intermittent errors when accessing stored data.

    The affected systems are now fully operational again and service availability has been restored. The provider has also announced additional measures to further improve the stability of the storage infrastructure in the coming days.

    Public 02 Squeeze UI Unresponsive Squeeze UI

    We have noticed timeout problems in our Squeeze UI.

    Affected were only end customers of DEXPRO.

    We have restarted the service and will investigate what caused the outage.

  • We have disabled the "document log" feature which allows users to see log output in the Squeeze validation UI. This feature was the cause of high loads on our search engine.

    This affects all customers and partners.

    To mitigate this, we have started work on an alternative solution to provide this feature in a future update.

    Public 02 Databases Unexpected search engine load

    Our search engine shows an unusual high workload.

    This may affect customers. Searching documents may currently not be possible.

    We are investigating this issue.

  • We have restarted and upgrade our search engines hardware again.

    Due to a restart there has been a ~ 2 minute downtime of the document search system.

    Please make sure that you have no missing documents, especially in the Squeeze validation step.

    Tomorrow, we will continue to monitor the system performance.

  • Since the issues have not yet been resolved, we have scheduled a maintenance window this evening.

  • We have upgraded the applications hardware and will continue to monitor the performance.

    Identity Provider Expired SSL certificates

    Our mechanism for renewing SSL certificates failed to update certificates for some of our domains. This results in a temporary outage of our identify provider.

    This affects customers and internal users which rely on Keycloak to authenticate in any application.

    We will fix this immediately.

  • We have manually applied a patch and the SSL issues are resolved.
