AI / OCR Cloud Proxy Performance Issues for AI-based OCR and data extraction

We are currently investigating performance limitations in AI-based OCR and data extraction. We are currently observing increased processing times in some instances.

Our colleagues from the Operations Team are currently working on analysing and stabilising the systems.

We will provide an update here as soon as the analysis is complete.

Public 02 Squeeze UI Accidental Restart of Search Engine

We have noticed that our search engine had an unwanted restart.

This was caused due to our preparations of an upcoming infrastructure update.

The search features in Squeeze will temporarily be not available until this service has started. This may take ~ 10-15 minutes.

  • The restart is finished. We have taken note of the reason for this restart and will investigate why the update of a totally seperate component triggert the restart.
