AI / OCR Cloud Proxy Performance Issues for AI-based OCR and data extraction

We are currently investigating performance limitations in AI-based OCR and data extraction. We are currently observing increased processing times in some instances.

Our colleagues from the Operations Team are currently working on analysing and stabilising the systems.

We will provide an update here as soon as the analysis is complete.

Public-01 Breeze Breeze not available

Due to an unexpected high workload, one of our servers hosting Breeze had trouble servering UI requests.

We restarted the server and increased its hardware specs to prevent this issue from happening again.

Public-02 Networking Temporary unavailability of Squeeze Logins

We had a short interrupt in our DNS server which caused some systems to prevent logging in.

We have resolved this issue and may plan a further update window of our DNS infrastructure to avoid this issue.

  • We have checked every DNS related parameter and changed some of them to static values.

    We think that this resolves the issues and will continue to monitor during the next days.

  • We have noticed that other servers, which haven't been affected in the last couple of hours, show similar DNS / DHCP behaviour.

    We are investigating the issue.
