AI / OCR Cloud Proxy Performance Issues for AI-based OCR and data extraction

We are currently investigating performance limitations in AI-based OCR and data extraction. We are currently observing increased processing times in some instances.

Our colleagues from the Operations Team are currently working on analysing and stabilising the systems.

We will provide an update here as soon as the analysis is complete.

Public-02 Networking Unknown network issues leading to minor downtime

Today, for a period of ~ 2 minutes the network service of a critical VM failed.

We have immediately restarted the service and it seems to be running fine.

We continue to inspect the service's logs and are in contact with our infrastructure provider, as it is yet unknown if the issue is caused by our software or the underlying infrastructure.
