AI / OCR Cloud Proxy Performance Issues for AI-based OCR and data extraction

We are currently investigating performance limitations in AI-based OCR and data extraction. We are currently observing increased processing times in some instances.

Our colleagues from the Operations Team are currently working on analysing and stabilising the systems.

We will provide an update here as soon as the analysis is complete.

AI / OCR Cloud Proxy AI Proxy Overload

The AI Proxy is under heavy load. We will restart the system with added hardware to mitigate the issues.

  • Any stuck jobs is currently being processed.

    When using the AI service in Squeeze, you may still have to requeue those documents in the step where they are currently residing with an error.

  • It seems that new documents are properly processed but there are some unprocessed jobs.

    We are working on resolving that issue now.

  • We have restarted the system and are monitoring the current behavior.
