AI / OCR Cloud Proxy Performance Issues for AI-based OCR and data extraction

We are currently investigating performance limitations in AI-based OCR and data extraction. We are currently observing increased processing times in some instances.

Our colleagues from the Operations Team are currently working on analysing and stabilising the systems.

We will provide an update here as soon as the analysis is complete.

Public-02 Networking DNS Issues due to network changes

On Sunday, network changes were implemented that may have caused issues with name resolution. In the meantime, name resolution is functioning normally again.
