AI / OCR Cloud Proxy Performance Issues for AI-based OCR and data extraction

We are currently investigating performance limitations in AI-based OCR and data extraction. We are currently observing increased processing times in some instances.

Our colleagues from the Operations Team are currently working on analysing and stabilising the systems.

We will provide an update here as soon as the analysis is complete.

Public 02 Squeeze UI Frontend reurns 404

The incident occurred on saturday.
It does not effect all tenants.

We are currently investigating an outage of the Squeeze frontend following the weekend's update.

The issue has been resolved.
It was caused by a race condition during the update process.
Document processing was not affected and continued without interruption.
