AI / OCR Cloud Proxy Performance Issues for AI-based OCR and data extraction

We are currently investigating performance limitations in AI-based OCR and data extraction. We are currently observing increased processing times in some instances.

Our colleagues from the Operations Team are currently working on analysing and stabilising the systems.

We will provide an update here as soon as the analysis is complete.

Public-02 Networking Temporary Performance Degradation Due to Load Spike

We experienced a temporary performance degradation across parts of our system.

During routine operations, automatic safeguards were activated in response to abnormal load conditions, leading to a brief but significant spike in system traffic and processing load. As a result, users may have experienced increased response times or delays in service availability.

The issue resolved automatically as the system stabilized and load returned to normal levels. We will review our thresholds and implement additional safeguards to prevent similar impact from future failover events.
