We are discussion potential solutions to fix the performance issues. You may expect a short maintenance related downtime during saturday evening (after 8 PM, Europe/Berlin)
We have restarted the system.
We continue to monitor the performance.
Today, more performance issues are experienced by customers, which is why we will now restart the applications API.
We hope the restart including a minor increase in hardware resources will fix this issue.
Users will have to do a new login. We are sorry to introduce this interruption.
