This incident affects only one partner. Other partners or direct DEXPRO customers are not affected.
We have noticed a bug which caused very slow processing of documents for this partner. We have halted the processing and will apply a patch for this in the next 15 minutes.
In the next 1-2 hourse the backlog of unprocessed documents will be processed.
We will continue to monitor and ensure that the backlog is empty after this time.
