Document backlog due to worker restart Monday 27th November 2023 14:54:58


This incident affects only one partner. Other partners or direct DEXPRO customers are not affected.

We have noticed a bug which caused very slow processing of documents for this partner. We have halted the processing and will apply a patch for this in the next 15 minutes.

In the next 1-2 hourse the backlog of unprocessed documents will be processed.

We will continue to monitor and ensure that the backlog is empty after this time.

At the current processing rate the backlog of documents will be empty in ~30-45 minutes under the assumption that no other documents are being added.

We will continue to look at the metrics for this while marking this incident as resolved.

We have applied the hotfix and can already see an improvement to the processing speed due to this fix.
