AI / OCR Cloud Proxy Performance Issues for AI-based OCR and data extraction

We are currently investigating performance limitations in AI-based OCR and data extraction. We are currently observing increased processing times in some instances.

Our colleagues from the Operations Team are currently working on analysing and stabilising the systems.

We will provide an update here as soon as the analysis is complete.

Public 02 Squeeze UI Performance Issues in Squeeze UI

We are discussion potential solutions to fix the performance issues. You may expect a short maintenance related downtime during saturday evening (after 8 PM, Europe/Berlin)

  • We have restarted the system.

    We continue to monitor the performance.

  • Today, more performance issues are experienced by customers, which is why we will now restart the applications API.

    We hope the restart including a minor increase in hardware resources will fix this issue.

    Users will have to do a new login. We are sorry to introduce this interruption.

    Context: This does not affect partner environments.
